He is a creative hands-on driver with a proven ability to lead highly complex teams and execute under pressure and has extensive expertise in developing distributors and international markets. He is also a top-level strategist, communicator, negotiator and closer. His studies included Bio-Medical Engineering and Business Administration at the University of Southern California.

He is a top-rated Corporate Attorney with a strong technical aptitude and is a HealthCare contracting expert negotiator and developer of strategic partnerships. Mr. Christopher has played key roles in structuring and funding several technology-based firms, including recently raising of multiple rounds of private funding and then managing a successful IPO for Resonant Technologies, Inc., of Santa Barbara, California. Mr. Christopher studied Electrical Engineering at Villanova University and received his Law Degree at Columbia University; where he graduated summa cum laude and first in his class.

He is a former CFO and partner of Kemp Brothers Construction, Inc. a large building contractor firm that specializes in large-scale healthcare facility developments. Mr. Tichenor, during his 13-year tenure, was responsible for all fiscal reporting activities. He was a key negotiator on all large-projects and is considered to be a cost accounting and cost controlling expert. Prior to Kemp Brothers, Mr. Tichenor served as partner at Coopers & Lybrand. He is a CPA with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
